Leadership Cohorts are designed for women who desire to grow in their relationship with Christ while developing the character, wisdom, and skills needed for faithful leadership. Through biblical teaching, meaningful relationships, and practical application, you'll be encouraged, challenged, and equipped to serve wherever God has called you.
Each cohort includes:
Seven online community gatherings
Thoughtfully selected leadership and discipleship reading
Weekly accountability and encouragement
Personalized presentation review and feedback
Two hours of one-on-one mentoring
Meaningful relationships with women pursuing Christ together

Current cohorts run annually from February through September. Registration opens each winter.
