Charis Women exists to connect and equip women to grow in faith, leadership, and ministry through biblical teaching, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to serve.

Through conferences, classes, cohorts, mentoring, prayer, resources, and leadership development, we seek to help women flourish as disciples of Jesus and faithfully use their gifts in their homes, churches, communities, and around the world.

As the women's ministry of the Charis Fellowship, Charis Women has the unique opportunity to encourage and equip women while serving alongside churches, ministries, and women from many backgrounds who share a desire to follow Christ faithfully.

Everything we do is centered on helping women know Christ more deeply, live faithfully, and participate fully in God's mission.

We believe women flourish when they are rooted in Scripture, encouraged by meaningful relationships, and equipped to serve faithfully in every season of life.

For decades, Charis Women has served alongside the Charis Fellowship in its mission to make disciples and strengthen churches around the world. We are grateful for this heritage and welcome women from a variety of churches and backgrounds who share a desire to know Christ more deeply and encourage one another in faithful living and ministry.
