Thrive

Pastors' Wives' Network

The Thrive Network is designed to gather, encourage and equip the “women beside the men;” the women who find themselves called to the ministry of a pastor’s wife.

We realize that:

  • Your role is important for healthy pastors and healthy local churches.

  • Your role is as unique as your custom-designed and developed personality, passions, and priorities.

  • The enemy has some very effective schemes for throwing your ministry off track.

  • There is some common ground for all who have said yes to this calling, maybe more than you’ve previously thought.

  • It is important to develop this network so we may sharpen, care for, and learn from one another.

Please take one minute to dream about what it might look like to be encouraging and equipping the Charis Pastors’ Wives and to pray for this endeavor. Please pray for God to lead us to the place where pastor’s wives would “Thrive in the Charis Tribe!”

Thrive regional shepherds

We have grouped the Fellowship designated districts into “Thrive Regions.” Each has a “Thrive Shepherd” or point person. PLEASE PRAY for these ladies who have said yes to taking on this new ministry. As you have opportunity, reach out to the shepherd of your region and introduce yourself. Each one is either an active or retired pastor’s wife, with at least 20 years of experience under her belt.

Pastor’s and wives gathered at the Inspire Pastor’s Network lunch. We enjoyed a fun time together reflecting on friendship. Check out all the pics of the new friends we made at our tables!

Eccl. 4:9,12 “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: if either of them falls down, one can help the other up.

Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”
