God has uniquely gifted each of us to serve His Church. Whether you enjoy welcoming others, organizing details, creating, teaching, writing, or working behind the scenes, there is a place for you to make a meaningful impact.

As Charis Women continues to grow, we're always looking for women who are willing to use their gifts to help connect and equip women to follow Christ faithfully. Whether you can serve once a year or throughout the year, we'd love to have you on the team.

Teach, Mentor & Equip Women

Help women grow in their faith, leadership, and ministry by sharing the gifts, knowledge, and experience God has given you.

Opportunities include:

  • Teaching a class

  • Leading a workshop

  • Mentoring women

  • Facilitating a discussion or small group

  • Speaking at an event

  • Sharing practical ministry or professional experience

Writers & Resource Contributors

Help build a growing library of biblically faithful resources that encourage women in their walk with Christ.

We're always looking for women to contribute:

  • Articles

  • Bible studies

  • Testimonies

  • Leadership resources

  • Magazine submissions

Creative Team

We believe creativity reflects the character of our Creator. If God has gifted you in the arts, we'd love to explore ways those gifts can serve and encourage women. We welcome women with gifts in:

  • Photography / Videography

  • Illustration

  • Floral design

  • Music and worship

  • Creative workshops

  • Live art demonstrations

Conference & Event Team

Help create welcoming, Christ-centered experiences for women at conferences, retreats, and special events.

Opportunities include:

  • Registration & check-in

  • Hospitality / Greeters

  • Set-up & tear-down

  • Decorating

  • Vendor support

  • Workshop assistance

Mission Opportunities

Join us as we serve alongside ministry partners through short-term mission opportunities, both locally and around the world.

Opportunities may include:

  • Domestic and international mission trips

  • Ministry outreach

  • Conference support

  • Encouraging and serving women through global ministry partnerships
